Overall, it is a great choice for events or family trips, with excellent dining and spa facilities.
The hotel has fantastic facilities for families, with plenty of activities for kids, including a pool and a play area. The food was delicious, especially with kids eating free on weekdays, which was a nice bonus! However, my relaxing time was disrupted by unruly children running around the hotel, and the cleanliness of some areas, particularly the thermal suite, was below expectations.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the amazing spa treatments and excellent dining experiences. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel special, particularly during our family event. However, I noticed that while the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, they might benefit from some updates. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for families and celebrations.

However, the overall cleanliness and service during my stay left much to be desired, especially with the noise from kids and chaos during wedding events. While staff were accommodating, the lack of attention to general upkeep during busy periods is concerning.
