amazing stay!
perfect roomsensory roomattentive staff
darcy at reception ensured our large group had perfect rooms and dinner arrangements. erin was an absolute gem, she kept my children happy with sweets and juice while we waited. the sensory room is fantastic, it offers so much to explore and enjoy.
I preferred using the stairs most of the time.

the leisure centre features a lovely sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. i also enjoyed the well-equipped gym, it had modern equipment for a good workout. ample car parking spaces are available, a big plus for drivers.

the hotel's location is great, it gives easy access to nearby attractions. we found it easy to get around and see the local sights. taxi service to nearby areas was also readily available, providing quick transport.

i enjoyed santa sunday it was beautifully organised the staff were cute and friendly the food was amazing. the staff couldn't do enough for us and were full of christmas cheer. we are planning our next visit already and the service was excellent.

We celebrated our engagement party with our families in the toulouse suite. staff (events and bar) were excellent. They were efficient, polite, and professional. service and food were amazing!!! it was a busy bank holiday sunday with other events occurring, yet we were particularly impressed. we would highly recommend this venue for a special event.
no one was present at the desk upon check-in. i contacted reservations to request assistance. the receptionist seemed rather rude.

breakfast offered a standard and good selection, and i enjoyed my evening meals at the restaurant. wine was reasonably priced, which i appreciated. the food, both at breakfast and in the restaurant, was very good.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is an easy walk into town. the greenway is right on the doorstep, and the local forest park is superb. there is plenty of parking available .

The leisure centre was good, and upgrades are in progress for the changing rooms. It is a nice facility. i particularly loved the jacuzzi. It was definitely a highlight. the hotel also has a responsible 'clean the planet' initiative.

the bedroom was spacious. the staff was friendly and cute. there was ample parking available. i found these aspects particularly helpful .
the steam room in the spa was not working. tiles were falling off in the pool area. i also had to purchase swimming caps. they weren't cheap at all.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was a great size, and it featured a very comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the bathroom, it had a separate shower and bathtub. The food was good, and the bar had a lovely atmosphere.
